The Track and Field teams continued to set records and earn medals with some outstanding performances at Saturday’s Stan Morgan Invitational that involved 26 teams.

Sophomore Sammy Campbell smashed her own school record in earning the silver medal in the 3200 meters with a time of 11:06. Sammy also teamed with Audrey Trax, Lily Arnold, and Caroline Bannak to break the 4 x800 school record which they tied last week. They earned the bronze medal with a time of 9:50 and now own the record outright. Caroline Bannak also earned a bronze medal with her season best time in the 300-meter hurdles.

For the boys, Luke Breighner ran a personal best 1:59 800 meters to earn the bronze medal, and teammate Owen Clapsadle ran a sizzling 4:24 1600 for the bronze medal. Ansley Peterman ran a big personal best of :53 to earn a bronze medal in the freshman girls 300-meter hurdles race. Other personal bests at the meet were turned in by Brody Hebert, Luis Martinez and Will Morris in the 1600, Nico Oshunrinade in the 3200, and Rylan Harlow in the 400.
