GASD Sports Physical Information
In order to participate in summer/off-season workouts, all student-athletes MUST have a PIAA physical and all GASD paperwork on file beginning June 14 , 2024 (dated AFTER May 1). No student-athlete will be eligible to participate in off-season or in-season workouts without the required PIAA CIPPE form and GASD paperwork on file. These forms can be turned in to the Athletic Office or at either the MS or HS main office from Monday-Thursday 7:30-4:00.
All athletes who are planning on trying out for a team MUST have a sports physical dated after May 1st on the PIAA form. You may print this form and take it to your physician. Wellspan also offers $15 sports physicals at Urgent Care in Gettysburg. These forms must be turned in to the Athletic Office before your student is allowed to participate.
