Congratulations to the six athletes who have qualified for the State Track and Field championships!

Kye’mere Robinson earned the bronze medal at the District Championships with a personal best leap of 46’ in the triple jump to qualify for states.

The boys 4 x 800 relay of Luke Breighner, Nico Oshunrinade, Luis Martinez, and Owen Clapsadle also qualified for states with a 5th place medal finish of 8:10.31. This is the first boys 4 x 800 relay to qualify for the state championships in over half a century at Gettysburg.

Caroline Bannak punched her ticket to states with a 5th place medal in the 300 meter hurdles. Her time of 45.17 establishes a new school record.

Other top 12 individual/relay performances included Owen Clapsadle, 9th in the 800 meters; Samantha Campbell, 9th in the 3200 meters; and the Girls 4 x800 relay of Isla Lewis, Samantha Campbell, Audrey Trax, and Lily Arnold which finished 11th.
