Name: Eric Ketterman

Coaching Experience: 22 Years coaching baseball at all levels. All the way from T-Ball through
Youth leagues, Teener league, Junior and Senior Legion, High School baseball, Local Travel
baseball, National Showcase baseball, and Men’s Leagues including a long list of college
athletes and ex pro players.

Playing Experience: 30+ years at all levels starting at 6 years old

Favorite Coaching Memory: Every year presents a different team with different characters. They
are all unique and awesome. However, rebuilding the program and winning that first league
title in 2017 after such a long GHS drought was fun.

Coaching Philosophy: Pitching and Defense wins championships. We cannot lose if the
competition doesn’t score. Eventually our grit will prevail, and our offense will scratch a run to
win.

Why do you coach at Gettysburg?: To help mold the young people in our school into productive
men in our community and hopefully help them learn about the game of baseball along the way.
